What he enjoys most about working at Kay Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is the stress-free, family-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and mutual respect between plumbers, apprentices, office staff, and management. Outside of work, Matt cherishes spending time with his family: his wife, Kinga, and their two young children, Lena (8) and Nathan (5). At this stage in their lives, his kids require a lot of attention, but Matt wouldn’t have it any other way. When he has spare time, he indulges in his lifelong hobby of maintaining aquariums, finding relaxation and enjoyment in caring for his fish tanks.
