Responsibilities
  • System Installation and Repair: Conduct efficient installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in residential and commercial systems, identifying and fixing root causes.
  • Duct Work: Assemble, install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration ducts.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure system longevity and performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, address client concerns, and exceed expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work, materials used, and time spent on projects.
  • Clean Work Environment: Keep work areas tidy and safe.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years as an HVAC technician.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC systems and repair techniques.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve issues.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Licensing: HVAC technician license or certification preferred.
  • Manual Dexterity and Physical Stamina: Able to meet the job’s physical demands.

  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility: Available for night and weekend on-call shifts.
