Description
We are looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our team! This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused role and enjoys helping clients with their plumbing & HVAC-related needs.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about plumbing services, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Initiate outbound calls for service plan reminders and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services.
- Work closely with technicians and sales staff to coordinate service requests.
- Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer service or call center role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer proficiency (Google Suite preferred).
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
- Additional: Knowledge of our service area is a plus.
